Founded in 2016 and located in Melbourne Australia, Red Letter Stays offers both professional management services to property owners on the short term rental market and unique and memorable accommodation experiences to both the leisure and business traveler.

Red Letter Stays takes on the extra work involved in short term leasing for a nominal fee, leaving you to enjoy higher returns without having to clean your property for changeovers or be on call 24 hours a day for guest enquiries.

Mark has first hand experience running a investment property on Airbnb combined with 25 years management experience in retail and wholesale, your investment is in safe hands. Mark emphasises the "live like a local" aspect of shared accommodation giving guests that unique Melburnian experience they will find both memorable and want to share.
