We will visit your home and give you suggestions on how to best optimise it for short stay guests.  We will liase with professional photograhers to photograph your space and within 72 hours your home can be ready for taking bookings.  Within 7 days of listing you could have your first rental payment.

 

24 Hour Guest Support
 

We will be oncall 24 hours a day for your guest's enquiries and problems.  Your guest may need local information or on the odd occasion when something goes wrong, we will be there to help.

We act as your your personalised reservation manager 24 hours a day.  We will work closely with you to determine your base nightly rate and through closely monitoring competitors and special events your property will be priced to get both high occupancy and the highest possible yield.  

We have a team of realiable professional cleaners who ensure your property is available to lease every day of the year and cleaned to 5 star standards.   Each property is always inspected by a member of our management team before a guest's arrival.

We will meet your guests make them feel welcome, show them around and outline the house rules.  A personalsed meet and greet often leads to a 5 star review.  

 

We understand your investment means a lot to you.  After each stay each property is inspected to ensure everything is in place before a departing guest's security deposit is released.

Manage Guest Reviews

Our service fee includes a gourmet welcome pack and standard essentials such as shampoos, toilet paper and essential kitchen items such as coffee, sugar and tea.

The review process on shared accommodation sites is essential for high occupancy rates.  We will manage all aspects of reviews for departing guests and act on feedback ensuring consistently high rated reviews for your property.
